Life is short, and it’s meant to be lived, not repeated.
That’s the spirit that gave birth to *Pilgrimage of Sound* and our journey to create The Moroccan Incident with The String Cheese Incident, this September in Marrakech.
For us, music has always been more than sound, it’s a shared language, a heartbeat that connects people across miles and cultures. This pilgrimage is about that connection, it’s about taking our music, loving community, to the corners of the world to experience something extraordinary, together.
When we first brought Pilgrimage of Sound to Morocco last year, it was more than an event, it was a revelation.
We fell in love with the country’s soul, the warmth of its people, the energy of its markets, the beauty of its landscapes, and the generosity that welcomed every guest like family.
That first pilgrimage taught us what’s possible when music and adventure intertwine, and inspired us to return, to do it even bigger, with even more heart.
This year, The Moroccan Incident, is an evolution of that vision, a new chapter in a story we’re writing together. It’s a celebration of adventure and discovery, a chance to step outside the familiar, taste new flavors, wander ancient streets, and lose ourselves in the rhythm of a place that feels alive with spirit and history.
In Marrakech, the destination itself becomes the headliner, its colors, its people, its medinas and desert skies joining the song. Here, cultures meet, hearts open, and music unites us all beneath one sky.
Bringing this vision to life has been a true labor of love, years of travel, trust, and collaboration to ensure every guest feels cared for and every moment feels magic. We pour everything we have into these experiences because we believe the world needs more peace, love, and music, and that when we come together, we remind each other what being alive really means.
Each pilgrimage we create is one of a kind. We’ll never repeat the same location with the same band, because life’s most meaningful moments only happen once. And that’s exactly what makes them priceless.
