  • All Moroccan Incident travel experiences include the following:

  • The Moroccan Incident isn’t your standard resort vacation: it’s a choose‑your‑own‑adventure Pilgrimage to a new and mysterious land.

    Airfare, food and drinks, day trips, tours and tips are not included in the experiences, so you are free to eat and explore this incredible country on your own timeline and terms

    For the maximum fun, be sure to add a few extra days to your journey to get lost in the medina, sip rooftop mint tea and soak up Morocco’s color and chaos.

  • No, flights to/from Morocco are not included in any packages, but you can use our easily searchable Flight Search app to find affordable airfare into Morocco (or other entry points in Europe and Africa) and options to extend your trip with travel to other amazing locations.   • Payment Plans are available for any purchases made before May 22th.

    Plan Rules & Policy

    • A 10% down payment is due at the time of checkout. This initial payment will cover all taxes and fees. The balance remaining will be applied towards your Travel Experience price.

    • The full ticket price will then be paid in recurring monthly payments (22nd of the month) until a final date (July 22, 2026) set by Pilgrimage of Sound. The payment dates and amounts you will owe are listed in your payment schedule shown at checkout.

    • Tickets must be paid by July 22, 2026 (approximately 60 days prior the the event) for your tickets to be valid.

    • You may update the credit card on your payment plan at any time by saving a credit card to your account and selecting the new card in Payment Plan Details.

    • You may cancel your order in the middle of a payment plan, but in doing so you agree to forfeit all funds from previous payments. Refunds on voluntarily canceled orders are not permitted.

    • If a payment fails, you have 10 days to update your payment method before your order is canceled. Refunds on canceled orders due to failed payments are not permitted.

  • Travel Insurance / Order Protection through Wanderwell is available at the time of checkout.  

    We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance prior to your journey to Africa. We have partnered with Wanderwell, a Certified B Corp offering coverage and advising for travel insurance plans.     If you purchase Wanderwell’s insurance during the checkout process and you wish to add the optional Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) upgrade, you will need to do so through Wanderwell’s site, and you will find a direct link for this in your confirmation email after purchasing your order protection.

  • Due to the intimacy of the venue, no Single-Day tickets will be made available for the Moroccan Incident.

  • All Travel Experiences are Will-Call, to be checked in at your hotel on Wednesday, September 23 so there is no chance of missing any of the action at Villa Marco starting on the 24th.

    All day excursions begin and end at your hotel so there is no trying to figure out where to go to get started.

    Multi-Day tours are crafted to pick you up at the airport or your hotel, and end in the same fashion.

    From the beginning to the end of your trip, it is our sole focus for you to be delighted at the wonderful Moroccan hospitality you will experience.

  • September is a great time to visit Morocco, and late September still feels like Summer. Days are typically sunny, with daytime temperatures in the 80’s to 90’s, and evenings cooling into the 60’s to 70’s.  

  • Morocco has 15 airports that connect to many foreign countries, including the United States. For example, the most popular route from the United States is from John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York to Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca, which takes about 7 hours one way. Royal Air Maroc and other European airlines offer regular flights to Morocco's tourist destinations.

    In September, the only regular nonstop flights from the U.S. to Morocco are operated by Royal Air Marco into Casablanca (CMN) from a few major gateways, including New York, Washington D.C, Miami and Los Angeles starting this June!

    Most travelers from other U.S. cities can connect either through a European hub (such as London, Amsterdam, Paris, Madrid, or Lisbon) or via Casablanca before continuing on to Marrakech (RAK). 

  • Name changes for all Travel Experiences are free of charge up to 180 days prior to the Moroccan Incident.

    Any name changes taking place less than 180 days will be charged a $49 service fee.

    • You must have a valid passport with. at least 6 months remaining from your expected deprture date and with at least one blank page. 

    • Visas are not required for visits lasting less than 90 days. Visit the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco website for the most current visa information.

    • Overstays: If you remain in Morocco beyond 90 days without having requested an extension of stay, you will need to appear before a judge prior to departing Morocco. Please contact the immigration office at your local police station for details. Clearance may include the payment of a fine.

  • Local support for the Moroccan Incident to be announced at a later date.

  • If you purchased order protection through TIXR for your Moroccan Incident travel experience, you may request a refund by CLICKING HERE

    While we are unable to offer refunds for Moroccan Incident purchases, you are able to transfer your travel experience to another guest. Please see the Name Change FAQ for more information

  • No vaccinations are currently required to travel to Morocco.

  • Yes, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available at the show from multiple bars.

    Food vendors will be onsite as well from doors until the end of show.

    Villa Marco is a cashless venue, You will be able to preload your event wristband at the venue to purchase food and beverages.
